This site is designed to do do "exactly what it says on the tin" and provide you with everything you need to know about buying your first drum kit, learning to play and getting the most out of your drum kit.

If you are a parent looking to buy your child's first drum kit then we will show you how to go about choosing the correct one. If you are a beginner just starting to play the drums then we will guide you through the basics with both instructional text and online video lessons. If you are an experienced drummer then we will help you get the most from your drum kit.

Our resident drummer, Chris Topple, who has many years experience playing in bands and teaching drums will be on hand to answer your questions.
